1. Introduction & Scope of Service
1.1 Agreement: These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Trust Line Kuwait website and all purchase transactions conducted therein. By accessing the site or placing an order, the Customer agrees to be legally bound by these terms.
1.2 Product Focus: Trust Line Kuwait is a specialized digital retailer for smartphones, tablets, wearables, and accessories. Our scope of service is strictly limited to these categories; we do not provide, sell, or service audio equipment or televisions.
1.3 Legal Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, including but not limited to Law No. 20 of 2014 (Electronic Transactions) and Law No. 39 of 2014 (Consumer Protection). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kuwaiti Courts.
2. Prices and Orders
2.1 Pricing Accuracy: While Trust Line Kuwait aims for total accuracy in product descriptions and pricing, errors may occur. If a pricing error is discovered, Trust Line Kuwait reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to: (1) inform the Customer and provide the option to reconfirm the Order at the correct price or cancel it; or (2) cancel the Order and process a full refund if payment was already made. The Customer acknowledges this as their sole recourse.
2.2 Currency & Fees: All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD). Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude shipping charges, installation fees, or international customs duties/taxes applicable to global orders.
2.3 Order Confirmation: Upon successful submission, the Customer will receive an email confirmation. It is the Customer's responsibility to retain this record, as Trust Line Kuwait may not maintain permanent access to all historical order details for the user.
2.4 Risk and Title: Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon the first attempt of delivery to the address specified. Legal title remains with Trust Line Kuwait until full payment is cleared. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch without liability beyond a full refund.
3. Payment
3.1 Methods: The website accepts secure electronic payments via KNET, VISA, Mastercard, or Apple Pay. Available methods are subject to change and will be confirmed at the final checkout stage.
3.2 Authorization: By placing an Order, the Customer authorizes Trust Line Kuwait or its third-party processors to validate card details. All transactions are processed through gateways licensed by the Central Bank of Kuwait.
3.3 Limitation of Liability: Responsibility for transaction authorization rests with the payment gateway and the issuing bank. Trust Line Kuwait is not liable for losses due to fraudulent transactions, external data breaches, or the unauthorized use of a Customer’s credentials (PIN/Password) by malicious third parties.
4. Pre-Orders
4.1 Reservation: Trust Line Kuwait may offer pre-orders for upcoming smartphones, tablets, or wearables. Full payment is required at the time of pre-ordering.
4.2 Timelines: Launch dates are estimates provided by manufacturers. Standard delivery timelines commence only once the product is officially released and received in our local stock.
4.3 Cancellation: Trust Line Kuwait reserves the right to change release dates or cancel pre-orders at any time without liability, provided a full refund of the pre-order amount is issued.
5. Global Compliance & Website Protection
